Growth in the image capture market demanded a wider range of specialist LED lighting and in 1998 SAP Ltd became the UK & Ireland distributor for Metaphase Technologies.

With the introduction of new generation high powered LEDs SAP Ltd were appointed by Spectrum Illumination as their European outlet.

SAP Ltd can now offer a very wide range of vision lighting, something to suit the majority of today's image illumination requirements. 

Continued growth has lead to the introduction of video microscopes along with items for the electronic production industry such as screen printers, solder batch reflow ovens, manual pick & place and sensor tip soldering irons to name but a few. The extra business and equipment required a move of premises and as of the 18th of August 2004 we moved to a new site at, Unit 1E The Gattinetts, East Bergholt, Suffolk.

4th July 2005 Sales Engineer Ken Smith joins SAP Ltd and brings a wealth of experience in electronic production equipment. New lines for SAP Ltd now include Essemtec, Joerns GmbH, PSP, Soltec, Aoyue, Schleuniger Cutbend & Zevac.

2006 Jan,  We are now the UK distributor of the full range of CIF electronic production equipment for prototyping and small scale electronic production. 

2006 Aug,  Because of our continual growth we are on the move yet again to even larger premises this time at, Unit 5, Manor Farm Business Centre,  Stutton, Suffolk.  This move will enable us to enhance our customer service and provide us with a demonstration / showroom facility for all of our product lines.
