Neither the best pick and place nor the most expensive re-flow oven can correct printing errors. A controlled , accurate and repeatable printing process is the key to success.

The Essemtec SP002 & SP002L have the following features built into them as standard.

Repeatable printing position.

Accuracy of table adjustment +/- 0.02mm

Adjustable feet for level of machine.

Four corner support of stencil with height adjustment.

Gas spring support for upper half of system.

Test print frame for easy setting up stencil to PCB pad relation.
