LED Lighting

Our LED lighting systems are designed to provide a dependable, cost effective illumination solution for a wide range of vision applications. Through our patented, state of the art, chip on board technology, our LED lighting products yield higher output and improved uniformity. The result is an illumination source that has a life span greater than sixty thousand hours and can be engineered into virtually any geometric configuration. LED's are ideal for the semiconductor and electronics industries.

The CLL serries led lighting line lights have one hundred chip on board LED's, combined with high quality fresnel lens, and are able to produce a brilliant line of light with exceptional uniformity. Over 60,000 hours of illumination is produced and they have wavelengths ranging from blue to infra red. The available circuit options allow red, green and blue chips to be silmultaneously mounted on the same board to produce any combination of these colours.

The CAL series area lights have eighty chip on board led lighting silghts that are made to combine with any aspherically corrected lens to help produce a very bright and diverging light beam with the best uniformity that you are likely to find . They are very high powered when it comes to illumination, which can be programmed to be either strobed or continous, whatever the situation needs, this series is offered in a top quality compact package. The led lighting has a thermally optimised ceramic PCB that will provide you with excellent reliability and an extended lifespan so that you are getting good value for money as they will last a lot longer than your average cheap lights would last.

The MRL system includes a standard high performance, white or red LED ringlight with intergrated heatsink and a twenty four VDC power supply. The standard unit has a 47.5mm bore and provides a 360 degrees of uniform illumination from a four to thirty centimetres working distance.
